Time Management Resources

We've all got 24 hours in a day.

 

The first time I heard that it inspired me. The second, third, fourth, fifth time, it honestly annoyed me.  As a busy mom, wife, and business owner, I couldn't just pull time out of the air.  I would lay in bed at night, the to-do list still a mile long, and think, "where did the day go? I didn't accomplish anything I wanted to or that really meant something." I'd go to sleep defeated and wake "ready" to do it again.

If you've been there, too, you're not alone! And if you're looking for a way to master your day, you're in the right spot! 

 

After I invested in my own personal life coach, read the books, listened to the podcasts, I took my love of creating and my teacher background and made some PDF's and check lists that really helped me organize but also dive into the THOUGHTS behind why I was or wasn't doing something. Then, when I started coaching and talking about time blocking and organization, I found that so many people were struggling with the same limiting beliefs around time management! So I put the material I created together to pass on in a framework that was designed to be done at your own pace with videos and worksheets to help you assess your current daily schedules and make changes that will form habits to help you live abundantly. 

It's not a quick fix system. Life's hard tasks can't always be avoided. Breaking  behaviors, changing our mindset and beliefs take time. But it is worth it. YOU are worth it. Prioritizing and learning useful 1% habit increases will lead to more time freedom to live IN the moments of life.
